Scouser Call To Police About Stolen Socks

Merseyside Police get a call from a Scouser and claims he has been robbed of his socks.
The caller has an accent from the Liverpool area.
Obviously, it looks like a prank call but it is funny regardless.
The copper says I can't send out a patrol car out cos he had his socks stolen

This is obviously a prank call and I bet a police car did actually turn up at some point

This proves that the police don't respond to all crimes
